• Contracted with Minnesota DNR to conduct Pollards transect survey for Regal Fritillary at 8 sites in Southeast Minnesota
• Gathered and reported timely and accurate datasets
• Provided feedback for improvement of the survey and monitoring approach
CARLOS AVERY SUNRISE UNIT BUTTERFLY MONITORING
• Designed and implemented survey protocols for Henry’s Elfin at Carlos Avery Wildlife Management Area for NABA-Twin Cities
• Survey types include Pollards transects
• Data collected will be used to protect and preserve this rare population of Henry’s Elfin
